OUR STORY SO FAR...

Welcome to Cottle's K9s! I'm Jemma Cottle and I left my NHS job of eight years in September 2022 to follow my passion of working with dogs every single day.

I've grown up with dogs, a Border Collie named Blue, Poppy and Paddy, two Border Terriers as well as a Labrador named Enzo. I live with my husband, Harry, and our two dogs, Working Cocker Spaniel Arlo (four) and Springer Spaniel Ace (two). Both have very different personalities but do have one key thing in common: they love people and of course other dogs!

We're happy to take on any breed of dog but do insist on meeting you and your dog before taking on new clients, just to make sure we're the perfect fit! Please note that we're not able to take on bitches in season or intact males. 

I love being outside, surrounded by animals, and in recent years have become a novice gundog handler too. I'm even looking to compete in trials later this year. I have a Level 3 OFQUAL award in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare and also a Canine First Aid qualification, so you know your furry friend will be in good hands with us!

When it comes to where your dog will be staying, we live on a quiet road in South Hayling with a large, open-plan living area with fully-secure garden including six-foot-high fences with plenty of grass. Our business is also fully insured with PetPlan.

We're registered with our local vets, Harbour Veterinary Group, should your dog ever require a visit while in our care.
